What do I know?

Vision_294x83_02 I've been undecided about the new Orange ads. Part of me loves the craft and the 'open' thought, but part of me thinks it will confuse people with YET ANOTHER change of direction.

My wife(who hates advertising) saw the goldfish bowl ad and said, " I really like that, I could watch it again and again, I like the way they say there's no barriers, you always over-complicate things Andrew- most ads are boring, this one's really nice".

Its just about within the identity they seem to set for themselves, but they are seriously risking confusion if they keep going all over the shot.

I agree with you, NP. Orange need to stick to a brand image.

Not wishing to plagiarise myself, but you can see more detailed comments in the link below.

Mmm, self-promotion.

You mean freedom is good?
Wow, I didn't know that. I will have to change my way of thinking now for sure

Very droll;-)
Actually, freedom isn't always good if you've too much choice. Not sure freedom is good in this case either, it's just nice when someone who hates advertising likes an ad.
Nice blog by the way Scamp.
