Yeah, the Jubilee line is really smart and clean.

When I went to Ogilvy the view from their offices was amazing, and they were only on a 10 floor building.

It used to be funny in the pub. There would be loads of bankers in pinstriped suits looking down on plebs like me, and even more disdainful on the trendy creative types from Ogilvy. I used to have quite a sober views of things- couldn't afford the bar prices;-)

I did time at Ogilvy. Ogilvy sucked and so did Canary Wharf. For one thing it's just embarrassing knowing that you're earning one-tenth of the bankers milling around you.

Nice post though. "Don't know what you've got till it's gone", as Joni Mitchell used to say.

But no one will love the bankers for anything but money (or that's what I used to tell myself)

And lo! Yesterday's Campaign announces that Ogilvy is moving out of Canary Wharf.
