That's bloody useful, thanks Andrew. I have only seen one version of 'the list', myself, floating about one of my former agencies.

I must remember that point about price, as I'm really likely not to pay attention to the specifics.

Very good points that you make. As researchers who do tons of advtg research (hint hint!) another Q might be simply to find out what ad research they have done - perhaps as a measure of 3, 'do they understand advtg'?

Making clear what you're paying for, sure, I'd say, always get a written quote that specifies what's inc and what isn't, not rely on memory/good vibes.
