May I ask your opinion on what you think of this reasoning behind an agency founder choice of location for his office? It's in a market town that's mainly residential (quite affluent though). I asked him whether it's because the location is close to certain clients or client industries, he said it's mainly because it's closer to home (his home is in the same market town). He said it makes sense to him.

I understand that you deliberately picked a northern city, outside of London, for your base but your reason is to get closer to real people on the ground.

But I just feel there is no clear career path for the agency above with the founder's mindset? Or am I being biased (towards London)?

Excellent rules. And no typos.
